This company is a scam I’m writing this review so someone else looking to shop from this website will see all these reviews and be warned about this company. This is a scam. They take your money and they do not send the product, they’re thieves. I’ve purchased a lamp on 11/18/22, no shipment notice no delivery, I’ve written to their customer service several times. Their customer service phone numbers are all disconnected.

Total Scam Ordered Nov. 30...being "processed" since Dec. 7. Have received the same emails from Arianne who is probably not real. Contacted several times asking for product or refund. Lesson learned: only order from known companies. May have been legit at one time, but no more. UPDATE: Woodventure refunded my purchase on February 17, 2023.

Same story different victim Same story different victim. Payment received right away then crickets, I politely asked when I never received a confirmation on the order being sent (3 times). (called umpteen times) ANY PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE DO NOT WORK!!! NO REPLY ON EMAILS!!! Cool looking stuff but a bunch of thieves there!!!!

It's worth for money. Last few days I ordered so many decor items from WoodVenture. All the products are delivered on time with excellent packaging. It's worth for money.
