I put 5 stars because I was satisfied… I put 5 stars because I was satisfied with the way the consultant Mr. Dante Gaglianone took care of my file and the quick response to my emails at any time... despite the fact that I don't speak English well I was able to understand all the processes and their service. Terrible customer service Services are fine but they are impossible to get in touch with for anything once you are a client — customer service, sales, anything. It's like they get you on board and then go out of their way to pretend you don't exist. It's almost comical the extent to which you're ignored when things go wrong. My banking has gone down twice in five years and both times I had to barrage them with messages and phone calls for days and days before anyone lifted a finger.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME As the person with the below review says, the biggest waste of time both this company and Shopify! do not apply with them, I don't even think EMB exist as a company.

Don't think this is a good solution for… Don't think this is a good solution for your business, all the words and the bla bla everything is a lie, 2 month ago i filled my application and no one care, i send a bunch of messages no one answer, if you want to wast your time then choose this company
