I was not satisfied as I thought it… I was not satisfied as I thought it came in a frame as every photo on the website it was in a frame. There was nowhere on the website to say it didn’t/did come in a frame. I find that false advertising as your showing pictures of them in frames and not saying anywhere on the page that it didn’t come in one. That aside the poster it’s self was alright but had a few marks on it. Delivery was pretty quick so happy about that. But would be great to put on the website that it doesn’t come in a frame as others may feel they’re getting ripped of or what not

Would recommend It came on time, the only issue was I didn’t get any tracking details but it did come within a week and it was in a good box that had fragile written on it, the package was undamaged and the poster is very nice and looks how it should with no mistakes, feels very nice and it’s quite big. I haven’t given it to my boyfriend yet but I know he will love it. They don’t take post office address either btw so make sure you give them your actual address.

When I ordered the Starmoment I never realised how beautiful it is! When I ordered the Starmoment, I forgot to order the frame, but with in the hour they let me know about the frame. I paid for the frame and within a week I got this beautiful framed Star with everything on it. It looks wonderful and my star is proudly displayed in the middle. My star is in the Ursa Major constellation and great for my 66 birthday present.
