Beautiful work however you don’t know… Beautiful work however you don’t know which handle you’ll get as far as left side or right side. I purchased two and received one of each. Unfortunately the handle on the right side is lined up with the opening if you choose to drink instead of using the straw. The way it’s lined up makes it impossible to drink.

Customer Service at its best My ornament was received today, and I am pleasantly surprised. It came out terrific and I can’t wait for my daughter to receive her present. False Advertising BE AWARE! I spent $46.90 on an advertised cup for my daughter who is a nurse. The cup looks nothing like what was advertised. I sent pics and wanted to return the item. They told me to keep it and they’ll send me something else of my choosing. They are not responding to my emails and I will need to report it to my bank.

This has been a terrible experience This has been a terrible experience! It took over 3 weeks to receive my tumblers order. When I did the packaging was extremely poor and inside the box was torn as well. One of the tumblers was missing its straws as well, I contacted the company who asked me to send them a picture of the torn box to prove there was a problem and then would get back to me. Two weeks and 3 emails later I STILL don’t have a response from them. Steer clear of this company!!
