This purchase was a house gift This purchase was a house gift. One tray came broken. Called and was told a new one would be shipped immediately. Received it a few days later. Great customer service!

Awful Awful. The item I ordered arrived very late and broken. Repeated email requests for a return and exchange were entirely ignored. Essentially they conned me out of £35.
