Great Filters Our air handler had no filter in it so we had to look up the correct size. Air Filters Delivered had the exact size we were looking for that would fit our Carrier handler. They also had a very high rating due to my kids having allergies and us having a dog. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. Not received Ordered (charged card) and never received. After 2 weeks, tried to contact customer service and they said it would be another 5 business days to get back to you. Didn't appreciate delay tactics so might as well buys somewhere else.

Their filters are very well made (better than general commercial brands). The filters come in better sizing than is available at most stores. My deliveries have arrived quickly and intact. Consider before you order Pros- Filter arrives in good order if one considers the "Cons" Cons- Their shipping department does not provide complete address on package. Which involved contact with UPS, can be cumbersome at best. Happened twice to me! Order more than one or two filters. Shipping department apparently only has boxes for larger quantity and NO material to fill the void. Don't expect an answer from their customer service. I received NO answer on multiple inquiries (on order 23325).
