The instructions of the item labels… The instructions of the item labels weren’t entirely clear and I ended up drilling a little too deep into the handle. Also the shipping took about a month longer than what I was expecting. I wasn’t in a rush to get it, but having it arrive sooner would have been nice. However it looks amazing and was pretty easy to assemble

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG CHAIRS AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, EVEN THE OPTIONS THEY OFFERED IN THE WAY OF RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REPLACE, AND THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH ON ANY OF THEM. THEY DON'T RESPOND FOR A BIT, THEN SAY THEY'RE GOING TO ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE THE CHAIRS THEY SENT WITH SOME OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE. COME TO FIND OUT, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE (OR HAVE ACCESS TO) THE CHAIRS THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY'VE GONE MIA. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. AT ONE POINT THE GUY SAID, "IF I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO BUY THE CHAIRS WE'LL GIVE YOU A PORTION OF YOUR MONEY BACK". THAT HASN'T HAPPENED EITHER. I CAN THINK OF NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO MANAGE TO GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING FOLKS.

I ordered a couch and it was a week without order confirmation so I emailed and they called saying they needed me to verify my identity and to send my ID and a bill that had the address that the couch was going to be delivered to. I didn’t think anything of it until they stopped responding and then they canceled my order. Scam and stole my identity
