Amazing experience!! I was worried about online purchases at Xmas time, but you guys kept me informed when my item was completed, sent, and when it would arrive. I've NEVER felt so comfortable with an on-line purchase, or company before. I shared your site with my whole family, and a few close friends...I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income, so it was comforting to have such care involved with my prices! Thank you guys for such an amazing product, price points, on-time shipping and receiving, and courtesy. 5 Stars well deserved. Thank you all.

I never received my package I never received my package. According to the tracking number it started out, went through Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky then there was a service disruption and it was supposedly returned to sender. I will never again order from this company and will advise anyone I know to not order from here either. Very disappointed!!!!!

Can’t get my order or a response! I ordered a blanket in January 2024, I have yet to receive it. I have emailed the company about five times asking where my order is and I have not gotten one response.

My Order went very wrong it was Gorilla blanketn My Order went very wrong it wasn't what I ordered and basically I ordered item with Sherpa backing and I got fleece I emailed you guys and sent pictures and your response was that's what I ordered so basically you took my money of $60.95 and did not return my money for wrong item so I will not order from you again oh by the way it was a very important Christmas gift
