FRGood product. Great customer service I bought two lamps and they're both gorgeous. So far they've been working as expected and they were very easy to install. Their customer service is also great. One of the glass shades broke during transportation and they responded immediately, took care of everything and the replacement made it faster than the original parcel.

GBBuyer Beware First, it’s worth noting that the shipping took several months. The quality of this light is subpar - it’s super lightweight and seems to be made of plastic. It’s also much smaller than the photos depict. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and was told that not only would I have to pay for the return shipping, but I would only be refunded 70% of the original cost. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this product or this company.

GBI bought the Caprani lamp I bought the Caprani lamp, I’m really happy with the purchase. It is well made and comes together seamlessly it looks identical to the photos. To put the lamp together there are some useful YouTube videos Mooielight has uploaded. I have had a few questions throughout my customer journey and have been really happy with Mooielight’s response time and detailed answers. Mooielight sets expectations with a longer delivery timeframe, I was happy with this, as delivery was free and there were no custom charges. Overall a happy customer.

CAIt’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my… It’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received my items as of yet. I understand covid poses issues with delivery but it would be nice to not be the one to keep asking for updates. Although they are quick to respond, which I appreciate, Mooie should be providing ongoing updates instead of me having to ask. The tracking page does not provide adequate shipping updates. Perhaps my review will change once I receive the items and see the quality of my items.
