GBAfter placing my order I did not receive any help with a problem After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.

GBFast shipping and easy to use! The website/ checkout was very easy to use. Although I couldn't find a tracking number for the confirmation email. It didn't really matter though, I received my order incredibly fast, like two days fast! I've been looking at other websites for the same items which were much more expensive then the ones on this site. The items were exactly what was pictured.

GBI'm just amazed at the customer service… I'm just amazed at the customer service we received from Decor Market today! We ordered a patio conversation set and realized one of the chairs was defective. Rather than packaging up the entire set for a return, they allowed us to keep or donate the set and gave us a full refund.

GBI wouldn’t even give them a 1 star I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I work in the customer service industry myself and I am absolutely appalled by the way this has been handled. Purchased two barstools from them. They sent out one of the stools to me without any notification of any items being sent out. So when I received it I figured the other would show up after the first so I emailed them and asked when the other will arrive and they said the second one was now a back order item (if an item shows in stock it must be sent out in timely manner you cannot change it to back order once ordered) and would be available June unbelievable what do you do with one barstool? Had I known that I would have just canceled the order. So then I was stuck with one chair that I had already thrown the box away. I had to purchase a box with my own money to send the barstool back. I sent it out says delivered to the return address they gave me. Emailed about where the refund is and said they still need two weeks and I get my refund then absolutely unprofessional all around. They messed this up they should make it right I need my refund asap. UPDATE: they did issue my refund so I have edited the review but they did not acknowledge that the issue was directly their fault and due to poor customer service.
