Great Customer Service I just recently received my duvet from Slashop and I was a little disappointed that after a few days, some of the stitching tore by the zipper. Especially because these duvets are not cheap. I reached out to them and got a response the next day letting me know they'd replace the duvet for me. I honestly was not expecting that kind of response, but I was so pleased and grateful that they handled this situation so quickly and professionally and made sure that I was taken care of. It's nice to come across companies that stand behind their product.

Do not buy The costumer service is the worst I've experienced and the communication is terrible. My order was marked as delivered despite me not getting it. Understanding sometimes things get lost in shipment I reached out to the seller to try to find a resolution. They have essentially expressed they cannot help me and I need to reach out to USPS. This to me is unacceptable as a company who charges so much for their items. They also do not disclose their items being shipped from China, causing MAJOR delays.

Horrible $329 for a set of split king… Horrible $329 for a set of split king sheets that royally suck - suppose to repel my cats hair but instead clings and sticks to them like nothing I’ve ever owned - worse part, once you’ve opened them you cannot return them - so how would I know they sucked without trying? Only thing positive to say is the color was accurately shown on the website. I’ve bought $40 sheets that are 100x better - Avoid!!!
