My only complaint is not hearing anything from Crushprints (beyond the order confirmation email I received upon purchase) about the status of my order until nine days after the date of purchase, which made me question the company's legitimacy. Hopefully, Crushprints will improve its communication system and processing time to inspire first-time customers to keep coming back.

Product was as described! I received exactly what I ordered within the expected time frame. I would have appreciated at least one email confirming my order or an “it has shipped” date. It was a little unclear to me if you had received my order. However, with patience on my part I was very pleased with the product. It looks great in my new classroom.
