GBThe absolutely worst The absolutely worst! DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM THEM! They do not allow you to return and/or exchange mattresses PERIOD! The absolutely worst experience I have ever had! Now I'm stuck with a mattress that kills me and I have a neck injury! Don't do it!

GBWorst experience and service we ever had We have been longtime customers of Darvin furniture, never had a problem with them until September 2020. I stopped by the physical location with family members to purchase 2 new mattresses, with the expected delivery date, as I was told, at the end of September. When I made a call back 2 weeks later, we were told the new delivery date was to be the end of October. We didn't receive our mattresses until the first week of this month (November 3rd to be exact) the second mattress set arrived with 2 foundation bases instead of 1 foundation and 1 mattress. I've called back the same day to report their mistake and it took until Thursday November 5th for the actual mattress to arrive. Another problem arised afterwards where the mattress itself was not the one I had purchased during the store visit. Instead, the mattress I received was one I had seen on sale for $900, the Serta Perfect Sleeper plush top mattress (I had purchased the Sealy queen Z7 hybrid performance mattress that was $1,299.00) so I was overcharged $400 for a mattress I did NOT purchase. The company has been given me the go around and I have called and left messages, including for the store manager. My concern with the way some of the sales people have responded to our order complaints leads me to believe that they have done this to other costumers before. As long time customers, we are incredibly disappointed with the service we were given and will look elsewhere to shop.
