They do NOT allow returns All I can say is be sure you have enough outlets for every device that you buy as in pillowcases and bedsheets they all will take up an entire outlet in the wall. Also, if you plan to return anything, they make the process extremely difficult they require you to pay for shipping and get it returned yourself. They offer no help whatsoever. In fact I’ve been trying to return pillowcases for over two months and the last thing they offered me was a $50 gift card, this company is a scam. There is no money before you purchase anything. There are several other companies you can buy grounding sheets on Amazon and the return process is lovely.

Obvious lie by company regarding review process Reviewing their website I see that they only posted four and five-star reviews. I read where a representative came to trust pilot and talked about several factors that could have an effect on negative reviews being posted on their website. Total rubbish. That in itself is a sign to all buyers, beware. This is not a honest company.

First Of all the company it’s NOT a US company , they are deceiving customers , they are in China , thus items taking a long time to get here . Second the delivery company they use / person NO COMMON SENSE left my item outside the property , on walkway , where unfortunately somebody opened the package , guess they did not care for the sheet , seems like they ran it over with the car , cable is damaged, sheet also . Of course company has not replied . DON’T WASTE Your money

Place is a scam Place is a scam! First, they're out of the country but claim to be in California. Second, they're misrepresenting by saying they have a 30 days return policy to make sure you have ample time. I used it and learned that it's a scam, so when i asked to return it after 2 nights of use they said i need to send a picture first to prove it was never taken out of the packaging or used!!! How the heck am i supposed to know if it's any good without trying it. Place is a scam, stay away! Since you claim to not find my order by email, here is the order Number 15660. Happy to attached a copy of your email as well, except it doesn't give me the option to attach anything here!
