Place is a scam Place is a scam! First, they're out of the country but claim to be in California. Second, they're misrepresenting by saying they have a 30 days return policy to make sure you have ample time. I used it and learned that it's a scam, so when i asked to return it after 2 nights of use they said i need to send a picture first to prove it was never taken out of the packaging or used!!! How the heck am i supposed to know if it's any good without trying it. Place is a scam, stay away! Since you claim to not find my order by email, here is the order Number 15660. My daughter purchased 2 sheets for my husband and me. It took approximately a week and a half for my body to receive the amazing effects of the sheet. For several wonderful, peaceful nights I've been able to fall asleep and stay asleep with no pain or soreness. You have no idea how blessed I am to be able to rest well and awaken refreshed. This company cannot be trusted and does not stand by their word. Update 4/22/24: To Trustpilot: This company already has my information and contacted me stating they would refund the $30, but I will say they refused me multiple times over multiple emails, and it took this review in order for them to take responsibility. Many thanks and gratitude to you, Trustpilot. To The Grounding Co: I am waiting to actually see credits applied back to my card (specifically, a refund of $79.95 for the return of the unused product, as well as a refund for an erroneous charge of “restocking” in the amount of $30). ---------------------------------------------- This company cannot be trusted and did not deliver as promised. Product was returned unused after they confirmed (after receipt of requested evidence via pictures of unused product), they lied by stating I would be fully reimbursed then later took $30 out of my “full refund.” When I emailed them, they refused to stand by their statements and now I am pursuing avenues to report them for breaching regulatory duties to a consumer. BUYER BEWARE!
