As soon as I placed a order, immediately something told me this was a mistake as the immediately charged my cc, $81..I hadn't even received a confirmation till I emailed them. Once I received the"conferter"duvet it was like 2 sheets sewn together with a zipper NOTHING like what they show in their web site. I immediately told them the difference sent pictures as they requested & plainly told them. I was just unhappy 😡 with it, & wanted to return it simple, now I checked their Colorado address,as it indicates on their web site Fulfillment center -11747 Keough, North glenn CO 80233 & it came up as a "House " address!!! Icing on the cake they tell me since nothing it wrong with my product after looking & judging by photos they will not refund me , will not accept my return!!BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BAD BUSINESS practices!!! Ripoff company.

I wish I had read the reviews before I… I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered $300 worth of blackout window curtains. I received a confirmation number which was followed up by them wanting more credit card information even though the purchase payment had already been debited from my account. Back and forth w a Ms. Jasmine in “ support “ telling her that I would not send any further credit card information and I wanted a cancellation of the order and a full refund. Needless to say that went nowhere. Today i received another email from her stating that the order was to be processed and I should be getting and updated delivery notification. Oh and just to add to the problem she sent me a copy of my order two days ago at my request… supposedly I ordered 8 sofa covers. This place is running a scam and I believe I’m out $300 . Stay away

design theft. don't purchase. I design and sell shower curtains for the brand Metro Shower Curtains (metroshowercurtains.com) and was upset to find that Nhala home has pirated my designs for use on their products without my permission or knowledge, at presumably a much lower quality, as they do not have access to my high resolution art / print files. This is theft. Please do not buy anything from this company.
