AUBought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and… Bought Kamado Joe- waiting 3 months and still they have not delivered the ikamand and cover. This is despite these products being available at other stores. When I made a complaint , they cancelled my order, suggested i was being difficult and advised i should buy it online and hung up. Id suggest buy a big green egg from someone else as bbq galore have exclusive distribution of kamado joe and the service ive experienced from them has been completely unsatisfactory.

GBBBQ Galore has always been responsive… BBQ Galore has always been responsive and what I have ordered has arrived in good shape and fit. The quality of the BBQ I bought and had installed in our outdoor kitchen is durable and works very well.

GBSlow shipping. No communication. I placed my order a week ago today. Finally contacted customer service this morning. Got a reply that it would ship today, along with a tracking number, saying that it should arrive in a few days. Okay, but could they not have just communicated a little bit. I live in Arizona, and it ships from California. It takes 10 days??? Poor service.

GBGreat Service by BBQs Galore BBQs Galore sold my husband and a radiant grill years ago, a grill about which we cannot sing the praises more highly!!!! And, they continue to service the grill when necessary. In this instance, we bought a simple cover for the grill!

CACan’t not recommend this at store Can’t not recommend this at store. Customer service is awful. Went into look at replacing a Cabana Coast lounger in Sept 2021. Dealt with a part time employee, who went back to school and did not follow up. Went in several times to inquire and was told Would have to wait until she returned????no hand off to another staff member? Next thing I know a lounger arrived with my name on it at a cost of $3000 and it is absolutely nothing like my current outdoor set. Was given a choice of purchasing the lounger or a restocking fee of $1500. Since I didn’t document communication from the beginning, moving forward I emailed all communication. I am getting ghosted by the store manager, who at the time said she work to resolve the issue. Extremely bad customer service.
