Disappointing Disappointing. This company advertises local stores, and fast next day service. I walked into the store near my house, and found out that they print and ship everything from India, and it's just the same cheap garbage quality stuff you can get everywhere else on the Internet. The physical stores are simply showrooms but the product comes from India. Pointless. I can order cheap garbage from China on the Internet if I want to. Avoid this company.

I really didn't want to leave this… I really didn't want to leave this review, as I had a decent experience with Myranda during my gallery wall consultation. But after getting sent a gallery wall with an entire photo&frame missing, and now a faulty hook on one of the frames that fell off immediately after hanging- I'm left feeling like I got MAJORLY ripped off. After spending $1,000+ dollars for this gallery wall, I expected to not have to go out and buy super glue for the frame hook. Ridiculous. Save your money, do a gallery wall on your own.

Poor Digital Prints Maybe this company is good at framing, but they can’t send me a quality digital print to save their lives. They blame my computer screen, but I have had no other issues between my screen and prints either from my own printer and other companies. They send very dark prints and claim screen photos are 70% brighter. When asked to correct, they sent me another image that was only mildly brighter. Photographers should avoid any digital print services through framebridge.

Great framing company I loved all the frames I ordered from this company. Proper wooden frames are hard to find these days (that wood-chip stuff is the norm now), so I'll be buying all my framed prints from Framebridge form now on. The black and white distressed frames look fantastic in my living room, though that's a matter of color-scheme I suppose. Thanks!

Outstanding in all aspects: product and service!! Outstanding in all aspects. I never write reviews, but a great company deserves praise and respect. Especially these days when online services can be so poorly supported from a customer service perspective. I've ordered many things from Framebridge including two pieces of artwork for my twin's nursery and the quality is outstanding. Additionally, the customer service when I've had questions or needed special requests, has always exceeded my expectations. You can tell this a company that values the experience of the consumer from start to finish. Thank you for filling my home with beautifully framed art and cherished memories.
