DONT ORDER FROM THEM DONT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Christmas sweater two months before Christmas. It showed up after Christmas and was the wrong item. Tried for a refund and was told the warehouse processed what was given them so it must be right. Stuck with a 4x Golf sweater and put nearly 50 bucks. Angry at myself for not checking reviews first.

I am very disappointed in the lack of… I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. It says on the website that there is a 1-3 day production time. I know everything is slow, especially the shipping. However, I emailed the company 5-6 times after two weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation, asking about when my item would ship. I never heard anything!!! It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my item or a shipping confirmation.

I reached out to their customer service email and the address did not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a fraud and now I am out a couple of hundred dollars.

Don't Order From Here Ordered three sweaters on Dec. 1 and have no shipping information. (two weeks later) I contacted customer service and they said it takes 5-7 days to process the order (their website says it takes 3) and then 10-15 days to ship. I was provided a shipping number but was told even that would take days to update. Apparently it looks like the product is coming from China. Not Texas which is where the company facebook page says it is located. Not Wyoming which is listed on their website under the contact us headline. The company needs to be honest about its shipping time upfront when you order. The whole thing is ridiculous.
