This place is a complete rip off This place is a complete rip off, ordered an ugly Christmas sweater which they sent a completely different item than ordered. The whole process took over a month so didn’t even get to use it for the holiday party. Would not issue refund, just wanted to send correct one which will take another 3+ weeks to arrive.

Your shipping is a joke Your shipping is a joke. I ordered on Nov 15th. It’s now Dec 2nd and the sweatshirt is still not here. I checked the shipping policy before I purchased because my son needed this for the Christmas parade…that was last night. It’s ridiculous and I know this review will go nowhere, but i still feel the need to say that you might want to better inform people that your products are coming from China, not Texas, and shipping takes much longer than indicated on your site.

Don't Order From Here Ordered three sweaters on Dec. 1 and have no shipping information. (two weeks later) I contacted customer service and they said it takes 5-7 days to process the order (their website says it takes 3) and then 10-15 days to ship. I was provided a shipping number but was told even that would take days to update. Apparently it looks like the product is coming from China. Not Texas which is where the company facebook page says it is located. Not Wyoming which is listed on their website under the contact us headline. The company needs to be honest about its shipping time upfront when you order. The whole thing is ridiculous.
