GBScam! Warning! Scam! Purchased a very expensive duvet cover and pillows. Printing blurry, awful fabric, I washed it, and it disintegrated. Customer service has not contacted me after I sent 3 emails requesting a refund. This "brand" is crap. There is no other word to describe these scammers.

GBITEM NOT RECEIVED YET! I ordered a duvet cover Dec.5th for my son... it was supposed to be a Christmas gift...I paid for expedited shipping just to make sure I would receive it in time...I still haven't received it, I WILL NEVER order anything from them again. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. The reviews that are on here stating great company and customer service...I personally don't believe they are real reviews...if they were the ones with similar stories to mine wouldn't be on here. DON'T ORDER from this company. I don't know if I'll get the duvet...but I'm going to find out how to report them somehow. They shouldn't get away with taking people's money for expedited shipping especially when they don't really provide that...or the item at ALL so far.
