This company steals your hard working money to fund their personal wardrobe and you will have no products to show for it. Don’t buy anything from their site. Just like the others before have complained about lack of response and no resolution, it is all true. This company owner is unprofessional and combative. I purchased 2 items in February and still nothing except the emotional and financial scarring from their owner/creative director/customer service Janelle Langford. Woman owned brand that does shady business.

Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a… Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.

Incredible Experience I had an incredible experience with this business! I was ordering a gift very close to Christmas, and I called to check when it would be delivered; the owner personally shipped my gift, and it arrived before Christmas Day. And my brother LOVES the silverware. He said it was his favorite Christmas gift :) Thanks Karen Jai Home!
