Scam Company I ordered my product in November 2022 and it still hasn't arrived yet. I have never experienced such a horrible experience shopping online. The worst thing however is that every time you contact their support (which is a fake person called Emma), they lie right to your face and claim that the order will arrive in the next few days. I honestly don't even think they produce any of their products, they probably just take the money and have no motivation of doing anything.

wood smells amazing Had a wonderful experience working with YourWorldMap! Quick responses from the shop owner, which is always nice. My map was shipped and delivered a little earlier than I expected, and was nicely packaged. I'm planning on ordering another one as a Christmas present for my sister-in-law. Also, this may be weird, the wood smells amazing. 🙂

ABSOLUTE THIEVES Map arrived but UPS wanted an additional £62 after I already paid £160 for the map with shipping. ZERO contact about this situation from the company so UPS eventually returned the map. These people are not interested in customer service, once they get your money it's basically a gamble whether you get your goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

unreliable seller Until I made my order and pay for it, it was everything OK. On my inquiry (two times) about delivery time nobody replied. When I started to solve this problem with PayPal, they sent me tracking number of package. When I recieved package, ordered merch were incomplete. On my request to delivery missing merch or refund nobody repleid again.
