Huge disappointment We ordered the product on 23rd Dec 2022 and still never received neither the map or money back. There is a miserable communication from their site. I don´t recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service and no product in hand Paid in April for fast shipping of a premium world map. The link sent to me via email was broken, haven't heard from their support at all for months. When the "support" contacted me they said that they are being transferred to a different country, like many others have stated already. And the it will be for another 15 business days until my package will be even produced. Asked for a refund and got 0 responses. Very bad customer service and the product didn't even arrive yet as of 20th of June. DO NOT BUY from this site. it. is. a. scam.

So disappointing! After having had fantastic service with my purchase in 2021, I wanted to buy another world map as a gift for my son. I placed my order and never heard another word from them! I tried 3 different emails ... no response. I tried to phone them .... the number has been disconnected. I emailed again 6 weeks after placing my order & still received no response, so I raised a dispute with Paypal & received a refund. What a shame as the world maps are truly beautifully made!

Keep away Non existing customer service. Did receive a product not as shown in the pictures, that wasn't satisfactory to us and thus tried to return/contact someone, but no luck. Neither e mails or phone calls were answered. Total scam. At this point their Instagram account has gone silent, so i assume that there is no one who actually tries to complete the orders.
