A highly professional replacement of a… A highly professional replacement of a flue liner for a solid fuel Rayburn. The kitchen floor and units plus the hall floor were sealed with boards and plastic sheeting. The old liner was swept, removed and the chimney swept again. An access hole was made, the flue liner replaced, the hole sealed over properly and the tiles replaced with spares and grouted. Insulation material was installed between the chimney and the liner and the chimney pot replaced as the original was of too small internal diameter. The internal flue was replaced with an insulated type so that it is now fully compliant. All waste materials were taken away. The new flue is performing well with a good draw. 👍
