Customer service is off the charts Customer service is off the charts, bar none. I've been dealing with this company for at 15 years. Patty, Tom and Barb are just wonderful to deal with. They gladly spend the time helping you with parts, system design, trouble shooting, etc. Prices are competitive and shipping is fast and dependable. There's virtually nothing they don't know about. You can't get that just anywhere.

Terrible customer Service Terrible customer Service. Shipping charges are ridiculous. Shipping charges are shown as a mandatory item with no choice offered. They lie about that. Service Reps aree liars that make product offers substitution offers they don't carry through on. I would never trust them and will never do business with them. They lie about offering lower shipping charges. The item comes up on the web page with shipping charges assigned to the purchase. If other options were available they are well hidden and were never offered until I complained. These people are so dishonest. stay away from them.

Great customer service and communication We are repeat customers because of the great service. This time there was an issue with the website so I called the company. I had to leave a message. I received a call back in a short time, maybe a couple of hours. After reporting the issue with the website I got my item ordered. I received shipping notification later that evening. They also followed up with questions about the website after speaking with their tech support. SolarBiz wants happy customers and they show it.
