Very helpful client support. Came through when I needed help. So quiet and efficient. I purchased two Pioneer cooling systems for our server room. Great company. I damaged one of the Freon lines during install of one of the units and support was great getting me a replacement at a discounted price which they didn’t need to do but shows their commitment to their clients and product.
