It’s kind of hard to rate a product… It’s kind of hard to rate a product ordered two weeks ago which just got shipped one day ago. The logistics of this company cause a pause. The product just left China mainland today with no expected arrival date. Will hold off rating the quality of the watch band until it arrives.

Great products and customer service Shipping was fast from halfway across the planet. Straps are high quality and priced way less than competitors products. I've contacted their customer service twice for minor issues and they've always gone beyond what you would expect.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered the incorrect strap (not for an Apple Watch). They were very kind and refunded the full amount so I then ordered the correct one. At another time, they refunded $4 when I found a promotion AFTER ordering the watch band.

Service is great Service is great and communication on point. Unfotunately, products can't be shipped to my country (Serbia) so I couldn't recieve your watch bands.
