GBYour Company had a good selection of… Your Company had a good selection of products on the website. I ordered two pairs of suspenders by two different manufacturers. I have only had a chance to try out one of the two but I am very satisfied with that item. Every step of the process was satisfactory with the exception of shipping time. I thought it was a little longer than I would have expected but I will write it off to the fact that there was two different manufacturers.

GBI received my order very quickly I received my order very quickly. I ordered 2 wallets and they arrived in perfect condition. After I received them, I realized that both of them were too large for the small handbag I will be carrying, so I had to return them. Otherwise, they were high quality wallets. GBBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.
