They have told me they would locate it or refund me but never did so. The answer to your question : I have documented proof of communication since May 2022 between Luxcellent and Etsy via the Etsy website. All my attempts to kindly resolve this situation have not been successful. I only wish for others in future to not go through this bad experience.
