A First Class Experience for the Second Time This was our second experience with Wainscoting America, and once again it did not disappoint. From the completion of our design, through order placement, and speed of delivery, their support and assistance was first class.

What a great company Debbie patiently answered all my questions, gave me great ideas, helped figure out my measurements and made the order process easy. Some panels arrived damaged, but Bob made sure they were replaced within days. The product is very high quality, and the room looks beautiful.

This has to be by far the most helpful This has to be by far the most helpful, reliable, friendly, honest company that I’ve come across. Not to mention the quality of their product’s and the promptness in delivery. One panel and the corner returns were damaged from shipping and I was shipped out and received a new panel/returns in 5 days. My dining room went from blah, plain white walls to a very pretty dining room that fit my taste. Thank you for answering emails, phone calls Deb so quickly. It was nice to speak to a human when I had to call for a question as I was/am just a beginner in this type of project. Now onto my staircase !! Thanks Wainscoting America.
