Cream Shantung Shade 7X18X12X10.5 I was concerned about ordering the correct size and shape, tried "chat" to no avail, but I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. The shade is perfect: size, texture and color. The shade arrived today, and is in perfect condition. I am very happy! Thank you!
