Ours has a very high quality pad and the unilin connection , these are game changers for high quality. Everything we needed was in stock the hardest part was choosing the color! Greg Smith was our sales person he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I will happily use Carpet Express for my next job! That was a game changer. Suzanne knows her stuff, is extremely thorough, professional, and really turned my experience around. I initially contacted Carpet Express for a smaller scale commercial job, and she knew the products to recommend and made the ordering process very easy!
