GBI ordered a custom ottoman I ordered a custom ottoman, and it arrived very quickly. It was packed carefully and there were no problems with shipping. The ottoman looks exactly as I expected. The quality of the leather seems nice, it is supple and has deep tufting and comfortable padding. The ottoman smells leathery and not plasticy. I couldn't be more pleased.
