GBVery dissapointed with the experience 3/29/24UPDATE: After submitting this review, Rugs USA waived the return shipping fee which I appreciate. -------------------- Very dissapointed with the experience. HORRIBLE return policy. Not worth the risk to order from Rugs USA. Purchased a rug for over $900. Did not like it once it arrived. Rugs USA wants nearly $200 to return the rug. After submitting numerous requests, they lowered the return cost to $110. Why would I use Rugs USA again?

GBIncredible variety The variety of rugs is incredible. We spent the day shopping at stores and did not find "the perfect" rug until we logged onto Rugs USA. Our fingers are crossed our order is just what we are looking for! According to the reviews, we will not be disappointed.

GBease of using the site Loved the website. The ease of choosing a carpet and seeing how it looks in the room before you purchase it is great and very helpful. And so many beautiful carpets to choose from. Looking forward to receiving my carpet.
