She is polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am excited to receive the vase I ordered which is shipping from Italy. Even though it’s a relatively small Item compared to other products Artemest sells, Elisa still provided excellent customer service. I’m very impressed by Artemest thus far. Adding the following to my original review- I received the vase, and it’s perfect.

This kettle literally broke open… This kettle literally broke open completely while heating water on the stove. Second time I used it. Only solace is it didn’t spill on me (or my kids). Seriously questionable construction as well. The handle is poorly attached and feels like it could break off at any moment. The opening is kept closed by a walnut plug who silicone gasket failed to plug the hole and became loose and detached upon first use. I’d like a refund honestly, and I never ask for this kind of thing.

They are arrived in perfect condition and I absolutely love them! They are a beautiful quality, and very unique in style.
