I was disappointed with the stitching… I was disappointed with the stitching being loose on several seams, and notified customer service. They reviewed the photo I had sent showing the problem, and quickly processed a replacement order at no charge for the flag, nor any shipping charges. Good recovery/resolution.

Flags are fine but waited over a month… Flags are fine but waited over a month for shipping and had to send emails to even get them shipped.
