This system took a few days to install, Scott called many times when trying to figure out an issue, which ended up being a stuck injector- but we troubleshot many issues over the phone. He really knows the products!

Freshening up the media in a Pro-Ox 5900 We purchased a Pro-Ox 5900 in 2017. This year, the media needed to be replaced. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, providing links to all of the needed products and videos that walked through the replacement process. They also offered a 10% discount, which was very nice to receive. The replacement process was straightforward, and now we have sparkling clean water again.

Iron filter rebuild. The parts I ordered were a perfect fit and the e-mail correspondence ansewered all my questions to make the rebuild come out perfect. Will definitely continue to be a customer.
