GBWe LOVE these chairs! I was very apprehensive about purchasing chairs I had never sat in. I read every review. I also contacted people on instagram to see how their chairs were holding up and if they still loved them. They all did! All 10 of them! I messaged customer service several times with questions, they were very helpful each time. I am so glad I ordered the chairs. Communication with shipping and tracking was top notch! The team were right on time, kind and professional. Most of all the chairs are even better than I could have imagined. So comfortable and buttery soft! We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. We absolutely love them!

GBLiked tracking app... I liked the email reminders and delivery tracking app alerting me when item arrived. I greeted the deliverers at the door of my building and led them to my apartment. The item was packaged well and was undamaged. Very very happy with my selection.
