Does Not Meet Expectation Order for 2 items of 2 drawer lateral file cabinets were delivered at the front porch. Took 6 hours to assemble a cabinet. Innumerable parts were well marked but the instructions were very sketchy and minimal. The assembled unit is quite wobbly and the drawers are not well aligned. Decided to return the other unopened unit. Was told that the return would be refunded half the value of the cost? Thought the website said satisfaction guaranteed. The company sure lose one unhappy customer! MH I am revising the review updating the rating to 3 and a half stars based on the prompt response from the customer service department. A reasonable refund was issued. But my opinion on the furniture has not changed. MH

Our order shipped almost immediately when we supplied our PO and arrived in less than 48 hours. The piece is beautiful and has received many compliments, directions were easy to follow for quick assembly, and the price was the right. Very happy with our order and the product.
