GBI couldn't get my credit card to load… I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.

GBCheckout was difficult Checkout was difficult. Tried to purchase in-store and had to provide so much information just to place order that I left without the furniture despite having cash in hand. I just wanted to buy something not sell you my data to sell to third parties. Let people buy furniture without providing a blood sample, work history, and family tree. Thanks.

GBShop at a store that cares about its customers! The prices and information on the website are wonderful. All the information about the company is so appealing: it is refreshing to be able to buy from a company owned by actual people who stay in a town and support it. When I needed a question answered, I got a prompt response from an actual human. Again, it was really different from most other dealings with bigger companies. When I need other furniture, I will start at Homemakers.
