GBI couldn't get my credit card to load… I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.

He gave all the informatoin we needed to decide if it worked in our room. We came home and evaluated and it worked so I created an account online in a few minutes, found the item by SKU # thanks to the sales person's suggestion we take a photo to make identification easy. I place the order and was done in minutes and received free delivery as well.
