Amazing Sevice I purchased a dining table, a small table, six chairs and two rocking chairs back in 1999. Love them all and have really enjoyed them over the last 25 years. Recently one of the arms started coming off the back of one of the rocking chairs. I called TW and asked them how much it would cost to fix. The very nice young lady, Dixie asked me to send her photos and she would get back to me. She responded the next day that although I was not longer in their system 25 years later they would do the repair for free. I was amazed! What amazing customer service! The repair took about two weeks and the chair is once again solid. I am so happy. Hope to love that chair another 25 years. Staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating! Can’t say enough how happy I am.

Perfection We were looking for very specific outdoor chairs to replace the ones by our pool. We wanted white mesh slings with stainless steel frames. Shipping was really expensive because they were going from one side of the country to the other but they were on sale so it all balanced out. Customer service was so helpful by sending photos and following up by email. We love Teak Warehouse!
