GBBest customer service ever! This is what customer service used to be like. I ordered some custom hickory cabinet doors and wanted to make some drawers to match but couldn't find the proper router bit to match the edge of the door. I contacted their customer service who was more than happy to tell me which router bit to use for so I could match their doors which I was then able to do. I then ordered more doors since the first set were crafted so beautifully and found one had a crack. I again contacted customer service with a picture of the cracked door and they immediately began working to replace the door and sent it out to me within a week. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and their work is beautiful! Thank you Custom Built Door!!!
