The quality of the flags is very poor The quality of the flags is very poor. All the materials even on you higher priced items were made of "see through" material. No substance to them. Disappointing. I went to a different flag company and discovered the merchandise was twice the thickness and overall quality was much better.

I paid extra for expedited shipping and… I paid extra for expedited shipping and the pins arrived after I needed them!

Good result despite error in inventory There was an error in the inventory and I did not get what was pictured online, but it was a surprise to US Flag as well. They managed the return perfectly and I hope to get the correct product at some point in the future.

Great Great! Easy to use web site. Delivery on time. Quality looks great. I purchased these on behalf of the American Legion post 1026 to be placed on all the power poles through out our town from May Memorial Day to November Veterans Day then removed and stored till the following year. We hope to get at least 4 years that way. Thank you.
