Mary Ann is always so pleasant Mary Ann is always so pleasant, sweet, helpful, and courteous! She remembers dates that are important to me and CALLS to offer her assistance. The flowers are always delivered when promised. Only one in several years did my order not get exactly as promised.

Mary Lee listened to me, she didn’t try to pressure or hurry me to make a purchase I wasn’t satisfied with. Instead she made suggestions and told me how Dolly Florist could enhance an arrangement (add a bow and/or silk flower) at no additional cost. And, the best thing about Dolly Florist is the floral selections in the store and online are reasonably priced and they are beautiful arrangements.
