Ordered 9 banana plants on 4/15 Ordered 9 banana plants on 4/15, arrived in excellent shape 4 days later across the continent from Georgia to Southern California. All plants are in great shape. Roots were hydrated with some kind of hydration gel. Packaging was excellent, not a single damaged leaf. Oh the sizes are way bigger than 6 inches and the trunks are thick. Overall a very happy shopping experience. Price plus shipping averaged to about $26 for each plant and that is from east coast to west coast. I also bought from some other sellers in the west coast with free shipping, total price is similar per plant but they are way smaller than what I received from Willis.

Willis Orchard English Walnut Trees Will buy trees from Willis Orchard again. Bareroot Walnut trees were shipped at right time of year for planting in my growing zone. Trees appeared to be in relatively good shape after removal from package. Exteriors of roots were dry but roots remained flexible. Roots were packed in wet gel and taped up to retain moisture but dried out during shipment. I am confident "drying out" due to shipper delays - not Willis Orchards. Cambium at tip of both trees was green. I appreciate email notification shipment was on its way. Package collected at FEDEX Depot beat up on one end. I attribute that to rough handling during shipment. I planted the trees on January 27 (within 24 hours of pickup from FEDEX Depot). Both trees opened leaf buds week of March 10.

Great customer service, quality product … I received great responses to email inquiries several months prior to purchasing the tree. When I ordered it, the process was smooth online. I received tracking information and was able to receive the tree in much less time than expected. Delivery was smooth and the tree is alive now, planted in our yard!

I had high hopes I had high hopes. Willis Orchard came recommended by a friend. I ordered 2 pawpaw's and 2 river birch bare root. I have experience with bare root trees in the past and have never had any die on me. 3 of the 4 I purchased never budded. It's been nearly 2 months since I received and planted them.

Excellent company and excellent customer service! I currently have two gorgeous gig trees from Willis Orchard. I couldn’t be happier! The raspberry bush didn’t make it but their customer service was excellent and gave me a store credit for a future purchase. They would have given me a refund if I asked, but I was so pleased with my fig trees that I knew I would order from them again! Great company and great customer service! Do not hesitate to buy from them. I’m going to be a long time customer because they have been so responsive and helpful.
