So Far So Good! Everything I have ordered thus far has come in , in a timely manner. All plants/ trees were packed, boxed and shipped appropriately for "bare root" planting. Every plant has arrived in good condition , albeit dormant, but a quick "bark test" reveals live growth underneath. All have been planted, so now we wait.

Great products Fast shipping, red maple came with buds, milkweed had thick roots, pessimism trees looked rough with no roots, hoping they make it. Overall, great shopping experience, love the BOGO free offers.

Healthy saplings and fast shipping! The trees I purchased haven't woken up yet, but they arrived healthy and appeared to be alive. I don't know if it was on purpose, but there was an extra included, which I'm very thankful for. It was easy to order these trees and they shipped quickly. Thank you! *One thing, if possible, using a box that is firmer wouldn't be a bad idea. The box was smashed badly and open when I received it, but the trees were not damaged.

A large majority of the bare roots… A large majority of yhe bare roots rec'd didn't have much of any roots but I planted anyway. Not to my surprise, they didn't come up. When conta cting them with photos of nothing coming up, no curtomer service; just a credit. The planting i nformation included with my order wasn't much help. The bare roots shown looked nothing like the bare roots I rec'd. I'm giving them another try only because I'vve rec'd no word back on receiving a refund back to my credit card. Contacted again showing pics of no ferns emerging and have heard nothing. Terrible customer service!
