GBOuter packaging is weak. My only criticism is that the outer shipping package is poorly prepared. I've been buying the 18 pack (2 times) and when it arrives, it is partially opened and splitting at the seams! I'm surprised it hasn't split opened during the shipping/handling process. The outer carton is not heavy duty and the taping up is very sparse.

AUOur finicky-eater dog Max loves Happy Howl Our finicky-eater dog Max, the chihuahua, LOVES Happy Howl! After trying just about every brand, including mail order and home cooked, we finally found his fav! Max has lost a pound in weight, which he needed. We mix a spoonful of pumpkin with the food for his tummy issues (which have dramatically improved since on HH). The packaging is convenient, as is the shipping delivery. And, we are helping our favorite Chihuahua Sanctuary, Big Guys Littles World. It’s a win-win!!

GBExcellent food/Poor shipment packaging Love the food for my dog. You can actually see the ingredients and it does not smell nasty as most wet foods do. My only issue is with the packaging it is sent in. Both times I received orders it appeared that left over cardboard was use to box the shipment and the tape nearly held it together. Would be nice to receive in a clean quality box that is a better representation of the high quality food inside.

GBHappy Howlers! We were having trouble getting Cooper to eat his full amount of food (dry kibble) from the time he was a puppy until now, at ~15 months. We had tried various incentives to get him to eat, all of which appeared to be short term solutions and non-sustainable. After introducing Cooper to Happy Howl we no longer have that problem! Cooper LOVES his food so much we now have the opposite problem and just bought him a slow feeder bowl! We could not be happier with our Happy Howl experience.

GBI will never do business with Happy Howl again. Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.
