Hoping they make good on getting them out tomorrow Of I had been informed earlier I could have gotten them delivered by another company. I am still hoping tomorrow works out and then I will revise my opinion and review.

Poor communication. I asked the representative to find someone who can access the military base as the recipient works on base. The rep said they would find a florist who has base access. The florist called me last minute and asked me if the recipient could come to the the gate because they did not have access. This is. It what I wanted. Poor communication

Poor customer service I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.

The only thing I disliked was their… The only thing I disliked was their replacement choices for the flowers they didn't have in stock. The rest was very nicely done, the colors were good and the delivery was on time. Also the card was written correctly which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise.
