GBThey will make it right. When we had a problem with our spa, Christian sent a tech out right away. He thought he had fixed the problem, but it turned out to be more complex. Something he could not repair. It was covered under the manufacturers warranty and they quickly ordered a replacement spa. We are thrilled with the service and concern for our satisfaction.

GBGood Price! I was quoted $600 by my local spa dealer for a replacement motor/pump. I was able to get one from the Arctic Spa Store for $450 including shipping! Received in about a week... great job Arctic Spa Store!
